  2. Oooh, sound delicious! I think I might try it tonight. One question: is there a specific reason you used castor sugar? Because that's not really a thing most people have around the house in the US.

    1. Oh no, it's just a very common sugar in the UK, I use it for baking and stuff. Pretty much any sugar would work.

    2. Update: THIS IS SO GOOD. Thank you for posting it! My boyfriend loved it! I've never actually had risotto before so I don't know if it turned out like it was "supposed" to but it definitely turned out delicious.
