do you think you could add the grapes & onions to the top of the 'souffle'? just to make it a little easier... and probably a different type of display?
Do you mean cook it all in the same dish? You could definitely try it - I think the dip would be a bit moister because of the juice from the grapes, and you'd miss out on the crispy cheesy topping, but I bet it'd still be good! :)
No...no herbs. I am distraught. Garlic is the number one must in my kitchen true...but no herbs? We'd starve! lol You look like you did just fine however.
